1. Services
TheWay Media provides videography and photography services, including but not limited to event coverage, corporate videos, real estate videography, and documentary production. By hiring us, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Payment Terms

• Clients will receive an invoice for services rendered. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods.

• A deposit may be required before work commences. The amount and due date will be specified in the invoice.

• Full payment must be made within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 days before the scheduled shoot.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

• Refunds for completed services are not provided except in cases of failure to deliver agreed-upon work.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

• TheWay Media retains copyright over all original footage unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients receive a license to use the final edited product for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the contract.

• Raw footage is not included unless previously agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate project details, schedules, and any necessary permissions for filming at selected locations.

• TheWay Media is not responsible for delays caused by client-side scheduling conflicts or lack of preparation.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• While TheWay Media strives for excellence, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect production quality, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or third-party actions.

• TheWay Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information is kept confidential and used solely for business transactions and communications.

• Payment details are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

8. Amendments

• TheWay Media reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved within its jurisdiction.
